일본 정부가 고시한 "학교 내규가 정한 환불 규정"을 준수함을 따릅니다.

저희 학교는 일본 법인 기업입니다. 혹시라도 예상치 못한 손님의 <서비스 불만 / 환불>등의 분쟁에 대해서는 한국 내에서 법률이 아닌 <일본 내 법률에 따라 일본에서 이의재기>를 해주셔야 함을 알려 드립니다.
Class validity period

– Must be used within 3 months of paying tuition
– Non-refundable after 3 months of validity

Special validity period of the pandemic period
– In case of registration, from Jan to Dec 2020
– Extend the validity period up to 1 year
– Non-refundable after 1 year
Group Class / Tutoring

After class: full fee is non-refundable

30days before class 80% refund of total cost

29~4 days before class: 70 % refund of total cost

3~1 days before class: 60% refund of total cost

Transfer & Remittance

₩500 bank fee for a bank in Korea

$150 bank fee for a bank in oversea bank an

10% of the total amount charged for dollar/yen exchange

We are using internal exchange rate
Tutoring
-
If you do not show up for the first scheduled class, it is an absence and counts as the start of class.

Validity is up to 3 months from the time instructor assignment is completed, non-refundable

Class changes can only be made on the day the class ends.

If you request a refund before the class starts after the instructor assignment is confirmed, the first hour of class will be absent. And we will refund in accordance with the <Refund Policy>
